    I purchased this item on sale. And received wrong model. Asked to apply the $100 sales offer to the correct item. I was told not available at this time and to wait until it is available. Total refund was made . Purchase was made 2 days later with a discount of $100 from a competitor . Your loss of sale!

    Will never buy anything from Best Buy online again….Literally bought a new IPad because I LOVED the BRIGHT yellow color shown, but it turned out to be a VERY light goldish color. NOTHING like the photo online.
