    I got this because my old one had finally died. It was a 6th generation. I can hardly believe how impressed I am by how it is I love it. I wish I would’ve been able to have gotten it sooner.

    The iPad was great, but I had a problem with the trade in processing. FedEx failed to scan the delivered item, and as a result it was stuck in limbo. I received no message with a shipping label and instructions. I called your customer service number and received absolute assurance to take the old iPad to my nearest Best Buy and they would complete the transaction. WRONG! The store did help me figure out what to do, and I opened a case with FedEx. It took over a week for them to resolve it, but I did complete the trade-in process and received the $90 refund. I would seriously recommend better training for the customer service department and reconsider using FedEx. They were horrible.
