Great item. Difficultly transferring from old Ipad to the new one. Icloud and facetime. Took a day but finally figured it out.

I went to buy an I pad.they were short staff so had to wait a long time,had to request help twice but the girl who assisted me for my purchase (Mia) not sure on name but she was super helpful,very knowledgeable.she should be promoted. I did not understand how they were short staff when 4-5 could stand at the exit and chitchat while customer are walking in the store clueless.

Great product love the clarity, keyboard and colors.

It is very nice, but I’m surprised it doesn’t hold the charge any better than my previous iPad.

This iPad is definitely a functional good iPad. However, I returned it due to wanting an iPad with the larger processor to play video games.

I Love my new iPad but I’m not fond of the magnetic case. The iPad occasionally detaches itself. Most irritating.

iPad is nice…color is more of a bright gold than the yellow in the picture. Wish it worked with the 2nd generation pencil.

I am not a fan of Apple but my wife wanted an iPad.

Takes time getting use too. Feels lightweight in your hands.

NEVER USED IT , RETURNED BECAUSE COLOR WASN'T PINK. COLOR WAS MORE LIKE CORAL. SWAPPED FOR A BLUE 1. WILL GIVE 4 STARS BUT I never used it. only not recommending because of color discrepancy.

Delivered fast. I will have access to it when i go back to iowato visit my mom. I ordered it for her but it was to big she ended up buying the mini Ipad.

I like everything apple in my house. Everything that comes of what they make get better and better each time. So i have to thank best buy for always getting apple in their store

I tried to purchase this at my local store. They were out of stock but convinced me to get it delivered the next day rather than drive to another Beat Buy. Overnight I got an email saying it was delayed and delivery was not guaranteed until after the deadline for a meeting. Since it was the middle of the night when I received it, I was not aware of it for several hours. I was unaware that the option to cancel the order expired 30 minutes after receiving the email. So, when I tried to call Best Buy in the morning and change the delivery to store delivery instead of home delivery, I was told it was too late. I spent an hour on the phone with some call center and got bounced from person to person with each one telling me the next person they transferred me to would be able to help me. After telling the story 4 times, they said it was too late and there was nothing they could do. I needed a new iPad for a meeting in a few days, so I ended up driving to the nearby store and bought a second one and returned the original one when I received it several days later. What an inconvenient mess for the customer.

After using a few weeks and without making any iOS updates, my new iPad lost some of my saved data. Have contacted Apple and have not yet received satisfactory answers.

It's a nice piece of technology, but I don't understand how people like Apple so much when it takes you two weeks just to complete a password reset

I love the product but it should include a better cord to go with the device.

Got this iPad for school! And it’s been sooo good to have! definitely worth the money!

My daughter loves it she loves the color of it to she likes to use it every where

Wish it could be as big as my old 12.9” iPad and I don’t like how the notifications don’t show near the bell icon
