    Everything went well with the explanation of product was good. My disappointment was the product was not a available to take home. The positive Was I received it earlier than date planned. It would be nice to have booklet explaining how the changes. Other than that minor concerns the battery appears not last long and the speakers are not as loud. However, we’re still monitoring this.

    This is my second iPad, my first lasted me 7 years without any issues. Battery is on its last leg. Now to the new one. Friendly OS, easy to port over all the data and apps from the old one. Beautiful display and I'm sire it has more features that I still have to discover and learn. I do miss the ability to use my old headphones so it looks like air buds are in my future.

    I bought an iPad with open box in excellent condition. Unfortunately, the charger does not work... Online customer agent refused to send me a new charger. I was asked to go to a store for a new charger. I didn't expect this hassle when I order the item... If this is BesBuy's policy, then it is not fair and not professional. Really disappointing. This is "in excellent condition." I'm not sure how worse it could be for "good condition"...
