I still find myself looking for the button at the bottom and getting used to the new ways to control, but it is light years better than my old one. Why did I wait so long?

The battery life seems decent and live that the charging port is actually usb c now vs the stupid proprietary lightning port.

Service at this Best Buy in west Kendall was rocky at first because they were short of staff and waited about 20 minutes for assistance but once I was assisted the employee was super nice and excused himself about the delayed. He was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions

Recommend the Larger Storage Option

We went with the 64g initially and returned it the day after Christmas because after the transfer and setup, we did not have enough space to download apps. The color is absolutely beautiful and getting the pencil with it was a huge plus for my daughter, as she wanted it for drawing and digital design software.
