    We replaced a Gen 6 iPad (six year old) for this one. I opted for the Gen 10 rather than the Gen 9 mainly for the USB-C connector (I also got used to not having a home button). Backing up the old iPad was really easy so setting up the new one with the same settings was really quick.

    Purchased an IPad 10th generation on 12/14/24 at the Best Buy in Holland Michigan. They did not have it in stock but was told I would get it shipped to my house the next day. It was actually shipped to my home the very same day I bought it. WOW! Thank you Best Buy! Steve D.

    Love my new iPAD screen is bigger than the old one. Still trying to figure out how to use it. When I first got it, it would not charge. Had to take it back to Best Buy to figure out what was wrong they figured out. It was just a cord that I received in the package so they gave me a new one.
