||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall pleased with this purchase, but a handful of disappointments: Apparently WhatsApp is not compatible with this model, which is just stupid, considering most other video chat/communication apps (including iMessage) work perfectly fine. Also, there is no vertical top self-facing camera, only horizontal, so it's not ideal if you plan to casually video chat with others in that way. This definitely won't be replacing either my MacBook or iPhone anytime soon.

It’s a work horse and I’m pleased with the newest version. I do miss the thumb component - but am getting used to the thumbless feature.

She upgraded her old one before she started college. I have compared the prices and Best Buy was the best option even with the Apple student discount.
