Not enough staff

The problem is the store which needs more, knowledgable staff. I wished help getting a screen saver and getting it put on. Used to be simple easy and quick. Now you get. Where are you going? They are over there, pick one out and go to the geek squad, they have about 30 min wait. I walked out, ordered one on line which took about 30 min, got it 2 days later, read the pamphlet and watched the video and got it ok but it has a 1.5 cm bubble in a corner.

3rd iPad in family

They are so versatile, I use mine for business, my youngest for college and this one was bought for our older daughter who uses it for design and dance productions. She does everything from designing backgrounds, cutting music to organizing the show productions..

Gen 6 to Gen 10 Migration

Price was attractive versus the earlier purchase and I celebrate to demise of the lightning charger in favor of the USB-C. Other than those items, the performance is pretty much the same.
