    The Apple iPad is fine. I upgraded and turned in my old iPad for a $40 credit. I opened a Best Buy account so I could pay 12 months same as cash on Apple products $299 and up. I received my bill and was charged $11 interest. This was resolved by calling customer service but it should not have happened in the first place. Double check your billing. And yes, I would recommend this iPad. The financing mistake is a Best Buy issue.

    I am so very happy with the purchase of my new IPad from Best Buy! The Geek Squad did a great job to apply my screen protector also. I absolutely love this 10th generation model. I have never had a problem with anything I have purchased from Best Buy! Your team of employees exceed customer service! Great Experience's and will continue to deal with them.
