It was shipped quickly, I’m love my first IPad. I got my wife one for her birthday and later got me one.

Received an open-box iPad order with iCloud lock. Called the tech support and they go to the store. Store declined to take it back. Called the support again, handed the call to the store advisor – they agreed to replace the device, but after the call was over – store declined the return – AGAIN! I call tech again, and guess what they asked me to go to another store. After 3 hours of back and forth on the phone and in-store and ruining my kids surprise, they finally issued me a return label. No apologies or Sorry received. Best way to treat someone who has been a customer since 2009. I Guess best option is to get things from Amazon or Apple itself. I don’t see any difference between BestBuy and eBay Anymore. **BTW – I was also advised to talk to Apple to resolve this issue The customer support person kept telling to contact service provider and did not understand the meaning of iCloud lock. The store advisor in Leesburg, VA declined to take it back stating it has to be returned via mail even though I showed him the return barcode. He stated phone support does not understand store process. Phone support told me Store has to take it, they cannot say NO. Moral of the Story - Best Buy does not care about its longstanding customer anymore.

Such a good experience ordering to pick up in store. Product arrived on the expected time. As every Apple product is a great buy!!!

I really like it. My first iPad. A little bit of a learning process but for someone who has one before maybe easier.

Love my iPad but I only have 4 stars because it wasn’t new as I found saved passwords on the ipad

I love this updated generation of Ipad. Screen has great clarity, although I'm still adjusting to the touch ID at the top corner instead of on the screen bottom/middle. I wasn't a fan of the yellow, expecting more Tweety Bird, but receiving C3PO in shade. I have since returned for the pink one, and am thoroughly content with the Watermelon bubblegum coloring (1st world problems, I know).
