    Wish it had facial recognition capabilities as the fingerprint scanner is awkwardly positioned. Other than that, it’s pretty decent ipad.

    It's fine. Replaces my 7th gen 32gb iPad, which was getting to be a pain, with iffy WiFi and limited memory. So this is noticably faster and should have enough memory to get through the next few iOS updates without offloading apps. Do note it has the USB-C port instead of lightning. At least it comes with a charger, unlike the iPhones. Battery seems to last only a day, was expecting better.

    Excellent customer service. They ordered the iPad and it was only a few days and I was able to pick it up at the store where the interaction with the sales person at the store was very helpful.
