Best Buy / Citi Predatory Business Practices

BB never delivered my iPad. I went to the store to find out where it was and they switched status from undelivered to delivered and then proceeded in collusion with Citi to defraud me.

I was visiting the area and had to return home. As of this date, 2/5/2024 I have not received the refund to my account.

He says that the images are so much better than on his old one and he loves the bigger screen, the color and how fast it loaded.

Which i was very understandable but they had it the whole time but someone forgot to scan it once it got there.
