Only disappointment is that there isn’t facial recognition on this model. Otherwise, good product.

Then I showed my uncle and he got his too! It’s so handy to take with me and use my hot spot from my phone! I now don’t need a larger phone!

No fault to Best Buy, but Best Buy Customer Support really stepped up and expedited a new replacement. Thank you !
