    Do not ever purchase electronics online for home delivery. BB never delivered my iPad. I went to the store to find out where it was and they switched status from undelivered to delivered and then proceeded in collusion with Citi to defraud me.

    Since this order was not ready with in the time I was told it would be, I had to cancel this purchase. I was visiting the area and had to return home. As of this date, 2/5/2024 I have not received the refund to my account.

    Yall should really advertise that this is WIFI ONLY not “with WiFi” very misleading. Especially for first time tablet buyers. This is very unfortunate and wasted my time buying this. Good product. Thanks Apple.

    My tablet does not keep a charge even after it is duly charged. It will go dead after about 30 minutes.

    Horrible I recieved my tablet 3 weeks after I bought it online from the bestbuys website. Which i was very understandable but they had it the whole time but someone forgot to scan it once it got there.

    The battery didn’t hold a charge even though best buy said it was in excellent condition as an open box. It happens. I just got a bad one. BB took it back immediately. Thank you for the great customer service!

    This was a gift for my husband and he is very happy with it. This one has more GB than his old one. He says that the images are so much better than on his old one and he loves the bigger screen, the color and how fast it loaded.

    Returned this item and exchanged it. The box was sealed, but definitely tampered with. Ordered online so I was sent a weird one. Even the salesperson was very helpful and quick to help with the exchange as it appeared something was wrong.

    was told we would have the IPad in two days. Two weeks later it has not been shipped. LABEL CREATED WAITING TO BE PICKED UP AND SHIPPED -- TWO WEEKS LATER -- NOTHING.
