    This is my second one I bought from bestbuy. But the box looke like used. There is no plastice wrap ouside of the box. I thought it’s second hand when I got it. But, it work ok!

    Didn't take long to get used to the new iPad, other than for the new "touch ID" which is somewhat finicky and doesn't work well on some of my apps. That is the one change i don't like-wish it was still a thumb ID on the right side.
