I love my purchase ! Super cute with the colors available & the IOS is up to date so it has all of the current features you need ! I use it to stay organized & schedule clients . Best part was Best buy had an amazing deal on the ipad & apple pen !

The transaction was problem free until p up @ the store. Notified staff via app. I was parked in space w/sign in p lot. After 20 mins went in store & they seemed surprised about the p up spot in p lot. Lazy staff, only brought items out in front of store. Suggested they remove the sign if no service there provided.

I bought this for my husband who needed one because he dropped and broke his other one(old anyways). He loves it; no complaints…has everything he needs!

It’s a good and fast tablet with very decent battery life, but it’s annoying that the pencil is sold separately and cannot be charged wirelessly. It’s a good purchase but nothing outstanding. I use it to take notes/as a digital lab notebook, and to read papers.

I love it. I just more places offer me being able to use wifi

The Apple iPad is fine. I upgraded and turned in my old iPad for a $40 credit. I opened a Best Buy account so I could pay 12 months same as cash on Apple products $299 and up. I received my bill and was charged $11 interest. This was resolved by calling customer service but it should not have happened in the first place. Double check your billing. And yes, I would recommend this iPad. The financing mistake is a Best Buy issue.

Bought the Apple iPad 20th generation for my 12 year old granddaughter. Purchased it the yellow which is an awesome color and happens to be my granddaughter’s favorite color. She was so excited to have the iPad and it was a real boost that I was a toy get it in her favorite color.

Easy to set up. Easy to use. Excellent picture-taking capability. Handy for travel in lieu of more cumbersome PC.
