    Purchased for my daughter and 2 days later the screen would go black and restart itself called apple care and they replaced it right away and transferred the 2 year apple care to the new iPad. Have not had any problems with the new one we received.

    Replaced an older iPad. Getting used to new format (no home button). Arrived quickly. Didn’t realize the USB connection is totally different so had to purchase a separate new cord to connect to my Mac laptop - so far, the only drawback.
