I like everything apple in my house. Everything that comes of what they make get better and better each time. So i have to thank best buy for always getting apple in their store

It's a nice piece of technology, but I don't understand how people like Apple so much when it takes you two weeks just to complete a password reset

I went to my phone carrier & I was told it doesn’t have cellular so I can only use it with Wi-Fi. I did not know that when I bought it. If I did I would not have bought this model.

I pad is good and working properly but price reduced in target at thanks giving day. if i connect with best buy for price difference they suggested like it will reduce more then we will process. now the price is increased

Wish it could be as big as my old 12.9” iPad and I don’t like how the notifications don’t show near the bell icon

Shipping was fast. iPad is great. Would prefer more color selections. But overall happy with the product.

it's nice, I don't see an on and off button. I don't know how to clear my cache.

I love this iPad but the volume FaceTime the is extremely low. Other than that it is perfect.

Nice iPad but battery life could be better. I have the Gold/Yellow one and it’s pretty.

It took an act of congress to finally get this iPad from Best Buy. So far no issues with the device. My first paid order was returned to the store by the Roadie, took several weeks to rectify the issue.

Grandson loves it; however, the store did not have a keyboard case for it

Its great for my gigs as a musician. Producing songs on the go. Perfect for my digital audio mixers.

I like it about as much as I like my Samsung tablet. The Samsung, there was no learning curve but with the iPad there definitely is.

Excellent apple product which was a birthday gift, my granddaughter likes everything about this ipad including the apple pencil. The portability is an additional plus

Great build quality and decent functionality. Could use an improved battery life though.

Wish they would not try to change everything when doing an upgrade. Keys I use frequently on previous versions have simply disappeared. Frustrating!

This is a very good tablet. But what would you expect from Apple.I do l some light work using Office and i love the gaming.

Every thing worked OK, but at the end of November the charge was going down below 30% replaced with new charger cable package, tried other outlets throughout the house and other cables and cable charge showed 20% with continual slowing down to finally 0%. Could not receive any other things to try so I made an appointment to take in at Best Buy to have them check the battery and am going to Best Buy this afternoon to get it checked and should find out what is next.
