I would have gone with another version of Ipad. Too many different variations.

Took my money

I ordered an item online using a BB gift card and my Amex Card to cover the balance. I received a tracking number and was expecting the arrival of my ipad, however, the store cancelled the order and return only a fraction of the money spent, and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for the $300 BB gift card. Maybe I should contact the attorney general and file a lawsuit to get some results.

Poor Customer Service

When my wife went to the Clarksville store for help, the store manager told her that neither he nor his staff could help her as she would have to call an 800 #. When she called, the next delivery date was over two weeks later, even when the store had several in stock. Finally, I went to the store the next day and the gentleman in customer service worked with me and was able to provide a keyboard from the store. The initial “customer service” was very poor.
