It’s great and I love the iPad but the yellow is definitely gold not yellow. More like a goldfish baby poo hue. Highly disappointed in that because I would have chosen a different color if I’d known it was gold.

Was told to drive in to pickup order and by the time I would get there it would be ready. Had to wait almost and hour. Also didn’t get rest of the order because it was delivered to the wrong address. I ordered over the phone and she said she corrected the order, but did not. I called the store and they were so nice to transfer me to someone to help, but the office was closed. Great customer service.

As a long time iPad user I’m wondering the reason for changing volume buttons, when you used to something it just annoying & it seeems slower on something’s than my old one

I purchased this item; package came in the mail without the iPad; I contacted the company but was told I am not getting a refund or replacement. The package came in a tapped-up box that must have been tampered with in between shipment and delivery; I am highly dissatisfied with the purchase and the way best buy is handling the situation; please if this happens to you take a video of the entire process of opening the package, it will save you a lot of stress.

The iPad has more features than my previous one and I am pleased with my purchase. The salesperson, Michael, was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process of purchase and transferring my data.

I honestly hate this tablet. We have the older version and have never had problems with it. This one gets stuck on apps and you can’t get out of them, can’t restart the tablet with the power and volume buttons, you just have to let it die stuck in the app. It started happening after 2 months and it was past the window to return it. I’d buy another older one in a heartbeat. Never had issues with the older one.

After a week with this iPad, I’m disappointed. For the cost, I do not find that generation 10, is any better than the generation 5 I have. There is a different charging cord than my other Apple products, there are poor choices for nice covers. I would not recommend. .

The IPad would not hold a charge good. Was able to return and get a replacement

Shuts off too easily. The screen and body feel way more flexible to the point I’m afraid the glass will break. Trying to put on 2 screen protectors proved futile in that the screen flexed so much you could not apply to it without bubbles so I just trashed them. I really don’t see any advancement in speed or technology.

Alright model and performance. Hopefully the other models have more of a diversity of colors and more improved features

I have not received this item, and got the run around from the Best Buy team, in a different survey I was asked a good time for a Best Buy representative to call me and I reply in the evening, the representative called me back the next day in the afternoon and missed the call and call back number was not a good number. I do not feel valued as a customer

I bought this as a gift and it was a gret buy for the price. It’s much fastwr the by previous one and it looks cool

The size is like working with a small laptop. It is a good quality, just too big for me.

Overall its a decent ipad but the battery life isn't that good. Seems a bit fragile too.

New model did away with the headphone jack I don’t use blu tooth headphones

When we purchased the iPad at the Woodbury Best Buy, we specifically told the girl that was helping us that we needed cellular data on the iPad. We needed it for our granddaughter to be able to access you schoolwork while she is out of town. She left on Weds and went to use it and low and behold there was not cellular data. I know there is a 15 window to exchange but she will not be back until April 5. I will contact the store directly and hopefully Best Buy will extend the window to exchange since it was an error on the sales persons part. I tried to talk to someone over the phone that apparantly was not from the store with little satisfaction.

Great pricing.....great screen resolution. 256 gigabytes ensures long term storage avsilability. With Totaltech membership, I was able to get screen protector installed free....and ptofessionally.

Love the color ...compared to my other ipads this is very light ...hate apple for not offering 128gb
