Only works on wifi not cellular, which was an inconvenience for me!

Went to best buy in Greece NY to buy it an the didn't have any they were still showing online in inventory. So I could could buy it anyway an two day shipping free been a week still don't have it not showing up on FedEx either still in pa somewhere

The device was in good condition however after just 3 months the screen touch starting acting up. The screen is not touching

Love this next generation of iPad ! Great graphics! Bought a keyboard to use with it and it’s great. One thing to note, make sure you get a 1st generation pencil to pair with it.

Slips around to much. You have to adjust it to closes it securely.

We took a chance buying this iPad online “out of box” trying to save money, but it was a mistake. The iPad video display was defective, with the screen flickering and pixelating. So we took it back to the local Best Buy store for a refund. I give this device a one star rating, but Best Buy gets 5 STARS for their service speed and store personnel. Morale of the story, skip the short cut, buy new.

Screen seems to blink every now and then but other wise, it’s ok

Pink color at the Best Buy location was a muted red color to match iPhone...this one is HOT PINK.

The only reason that I traded in my Gen 6 iPad was because the battery life was less than 3 hours while reading a book on the Kindle app. The new Generation 10.2 was supposed to have a battery life of 10 hours. Unfortunately, this new iPad battery is actually worse than the older model. $500 totally wasted.

I am loving my updated iPad. I love how when setting it up, everything on my old iPad downloaded to my new iPad. I have so much more space.

Have not found this to be any different than my previous iPad.

Purchased to replace an iPad Air 16GB which no longer had any room for updates. The new iPad was easy to initiate the operation. The new touch identification button took a bit to set up, but the feature that allows a second person's finger ID is great. So far it is great, but have not had much time to try the features.
