I asked for help and was assisted with their “apple” salesman. Had to order the iPad and was sold a gen 2 stylus. Bought these as a gift for my daughter in college to take notes and etc. Needless to say this doesn’t work. They are not compatible. Will be heading back to the store and see what my options are. Now that both items are opened, will be interested to see how they handle this. Will update after I revisit the store.

Best Buy / Citi Predatory Business Practices

BB never delivered my iPad. I went to the store to find out where it was and they switched status from undelivered to delivered and then proceeded in collusion with Citi to defraud me.
