Not to happy with the battery

Which i was very understandable but they had it the whole time but someone forgot to scan it once it got there.

Bad battery on refurbished iPad

It happens. I just got a bad one. BB took it back immediately. Thank you for the great customer service!

He says that the images are so much better than on his old one and he loves the bigger screen, the color and how fast it loaded.

The box was sealed, but definitely tampered with. Ordered online so I was sent a weird one. Even the salesperson was very helpful and quick to help with the exchange as it appeared something was wrong.
