    The Apple iPad is an outstanding item and great as a gift to grandkids. Best Buy is an excellent place to buy, from the standpoints of value and support. I recommend Best Buy without reservation.

    Had been shopping details of these on-line. Found this as “open box” for less expense from a helpful salesperson when happened into actual Best Buy store.

    Great and works well for my toddler to watch something in the car. The only issue is when it’s on single screen lock, I have to force restart to get out of the single screen lock.

    New Ipad Gen 10 is the latest in the Ipad line and is of the same quality expected from an Apple product. Works great, new features, great customer service from Apple.

    This was a birthday gift for my 38yo son and he is OVER THE MOON about it. We face-timed with it this morning, and he was ecstatic as he learned more and more about it! His niece wants one for Christmas to use in her artwork.

    I bought this for my daughter. Placed it in a $20 Amazon case, but it holds up great for a 4 year old. Haha. Her old iPad no longer received updates, so we were forced to upgrade, but the older iPad did last for 10 years, so hoping to get equivalent lifespan with this one.

    Got this Ipad for my grandson’s birthday from the Philippines. He was so happy to have such amazing Ipad that he can use to play games and do stuff for school. Seeing my grandson happy with his Ipad is one thing that melts my heart.

    I bought this for my wife as a Christmas present to update her antiquated iPad. No problems so far, easy setup/transfer of data etc. from her old iPad....almost too easy! Highly recommended!

    The new iPad has been a great upgrade from a very old iPad we had. The images are very sharp, and I like the horizontal orientation of the camera for Facetime, etc.

    Excellent customer service. They ordered the iPad and it was only a few days and I was able to pick it up at the store where the interaction with the sales person at the store was very helpful.
