Within a week of receiving this ipad i already have to send it back because the wifi abruptly stopped working

Never recieved it . And you refused to accept a police report verifying it was stolen and replace or refund.

Did not receive item and have not received refund. Been calling almost daily to see what the problem and have got no where

A lot of the mechanics don’t work like previous iPads. For instance when it fills in a password it’s blank. Videos don’t seem to play all the way through.

It keeps glitching and screen is easily cracked and scratched

Very poor delivery service. I didn’t get the first one and the second delivery hasn’t even arrived since Christmas.

I never got it an they want give me my money back I just want my money back or they can mail me out a new one

Still waiting for deliver, Ordered Nov 27th 2023. Spoke to Best Buy twice and not here. Where is my order????????

Had to return because the iPad stop charging just after two days waiting on new one in the mail

It’s still hasn’t been delivered and I have no updates on the package. I’m very disappointed.

I cannot begin to explain my elation at having a new iPad. My other one was only 16gb and i had to constantly delete things to download other things. Having 256 gb of memory is still blowing my mind!! I like the pink, it's growing on me. This is also slightly bigger than my last one. Still trying to get used to not having a "home" button but overall, I'm happy I can download something and not have to play eenie-meenie-miny-moe on which one to delete. Getting very protective of this so I have a kids case so if I drop this puppy, it will be safe, still. LOL

I was gifted this ipad for my birthday and it works great for my school currently especially with with the microsoft 365. The cameras are great they capture a lot with amazing quality. The screen is big and very bright making it super useful and it is super light.

Didnt get the item.bought it on 12th of dec then cancelled before 25th, it says it was delivered on 28th of dec but never had it

Wasnt what I was expecting, decided to go for a higher capacity one.

It’s decent if you just want an new iPad but if you want to use the pencil, good luck, they make it almost impossible to use

only my 2nd iPad i’ve purchased, but i am pleasantly pleased.. the screen is bigger than my previous AirPad, and the clarity is incredible.. and transferring all info was easy… and battery life, is Forever.. i Love my new iPad.. *Strongly Recommend…

I accidently wrote the bad review on the good Ipad. This one sucks. Ipad air 5th gen is way better.

Doesn’t fit true it’s smaller and interfering with the side buttons
