So far so good. I went back and forth on the gen 10 vs. the air model. After reviewing and considerations, I chose the gen 10 for what I needed it for. I’m a casual user that really wanted it for a mini lap top on the go. This is perfect. Would have given 5 stars but have only had a month so far.

thismodel is heavier than older nes and in some ways moew difficult to use. on the oositive side battery is stronge; processor is faster.

Bought it for my daughter. Got 256GB to have enough space to download lots of video/app content of my choosing rather than being connected to the Internet.

As advertised. The processor is very fast. The color resolution is excellent! The service at Best Buy was great as usual.

I’m happy with the actual product. I ordered it for next day shipping. This was not how it worked out. It was days late. If I had known it would be like that, then I would have just picked the product up at the store. I do not like not knowing when an expensive item will be left on my front porch.

Plenty of memory for downloading movies, etc. Love this iPad. I travel a lot, so it's great for taking on planes. After several Kindles, this was a huge upgrade.

The new iPad was very easy to set up. Thank you. Only problem is that Facebook will not work on this new iPad. This is an Apple problem and Apple needs to fix it. Best Buy support was good. Thanks.

Updates! No "manual" to help decide, "Do I cloud, or do I not cloud?" with clear understandable directions on how to do and undo if you change your mind. Not thrilled with the landscape camera position and the volume buttons are upside down. Siri appears when I don't want her and is no where to be found when I do.
