Excellent upgrade

Screen resolution and color are much better. Processing speed has improved. The additional memory will allow apps, that were removed due to memory issues, to be reloaded. All in all an excellent upgrade. I can’t rate durability as I’ve only had the iPad for a short time.

Notified staff via app. I was parked in space w/sign in p lot. After 20 mins went in store & they seemed surprised about the p up spot in p lot. Lazy staff, only brought items out in front of store. Suggested they remove the sign if no service there provided.

They did not have it in stock but was told I would get it shipped to my house the next day. It was actually shipped to my home the very same day I bought it. WOW! Thank you Best Buy! Steve D.
