Bought new iPad because my old one died…latest iOS update automatically happened and few days later…poof! I was checking email and screen went black then apple symbol occurred and I thought just a blip and expected it to restart…did NOT! Has not yet… Anyhow, I googled it on my phone and several folks said happened after last update? Dead battery? IDK I bought newest instead of trying to fix old and this one’s good…just got to get used to no home button!! Works great!

The online purchase process was smooth. It arrived before the promised date. Setup for the 10.9-inch iPad was relatively easy (with a few challenges) and it's working well. It responds quickly and has a great screen.

I have used apple products for about ten years and this is by far my favorite product. The battery life and amount of storage is excellent. I paired it with an Otterbox to give it proper protection.

I am a tech user who only uses windows and android os. I used to have an iphone, but when I switched to Samsung it was way better and I never went back. I am saying this because the one thing I like about apple is their tablets. I never liked android based tablets because I feel that apps are usually not optimized well with them and even android os feels werid on their tablets as well. As for the device itself, it is a budget ipad that will get 90% of what people look for in tablets done. It has a low refresh rate compared to other models, as well as a lower quality screen but not bad enough to complain about. If you surf the web, use it for Netflix, and basic tablet functions it will be the best option for you. While the more expensive ipads are better in every way, they are for a very small percentage of people who expect high performance from a tablet. Apple still sells the 9th generation ipad, but I chose the 10th because of the bigger screen, smaller bezels, more speakers, and most importantly usb-c. I am not sure why Apple as a company has used lightning chargers for over 10 years now when better technology exists, but being 10 years late to the party is better than nothing I guess.... Lastly the pricing of ipads are very steep. If you are looking to get any ipad make sure to find them on sale or wait until a new version comes out to get the old one. Apple is known for this unfortunately.

Replaced an older iPad with this. Love the new finger print technology. Seamless set up with Apple ID. Very reasonably priced for the amount of memory we got. Large exceptional screen with bright crisp color. We highly recommend this iPad. We do miss the button on the front but we’ve gotten used to swiping up to show all open apps.

Couldn’t decide if I wanted a laptop or an iPad. I really only needed to be able to surf the web and download my favorite apps. The screen is the perfect size for me. I can also print from my iPad if necessary. It is also compact enough that I can take it with me if necessary. Found this item on sale and decided to purchase. The setup was pretty easy. Happy with my purchase.

Got the latest Apple 10.9-Inch iPad (10th Gen) in Silver with 256GB. It's sleek, the display is awesome, and the storage is more than enough. Perfect for work or play – definitely recommend!

We are very pleased with this iPad. Very easy to setup and the battery lasts forever. It is a replacement for my grandson’s 7th generation iPad and he said the camera on this one takes the best pictures ever. I fully recommend this iPad to anyone.

I love this iPad because it’s a great travel companion. I use it to watch movies and to review my emails. My iPad is extremely light weight and easy to operate.

Replaced an ipad 6th gen. Alot more snappy than my older gen ipad. Love the size and the usb c port. I no longer have to keep separate cables since all my devices now use a usb c port. Love the smaller bezels and finger print reader on the power button.

My wife loves her new iPad. Controls are easy to learn and the overall size of the unit is great. Charges easily and fully. Just the right size and weight playing video games. The graphics are fantastic. Colors are great, almost unbelievably great.

Upgraded from 5th Generation (32gb). Love the 256gb space & speed. Unfortunately, the charging cords are different. Very happy with it.

i am trying to get used to the changes that are on this iPad. one thing i didn't really think about was that some of my apps will not transfer. i do like this better than my old iPad pro. i think it's easier to use, and it's faster.

It is faster than my 6 generation. Enjoyable to use. I could not be happier with the new 10 generation iPad.
