Absolutely worth it! Easy handling, beautiful screen. User-friendly

The ipad is great. It works quickly and it’s easy to operate. The only thing wrong is that it froze up on me three times and I couldn’t turn it off or on or go to any other app. This has never happened with any of my other ipads. If it happens again I will have to bring it back.

This device replaced a well loved and used iPad (9th Generation) that was 24 months old. Device is primarily used by a younger child. Screen is nice and the transition over was seamless.

Love this iPad! Upgraded from a 7th generation and cannot believe the difference. iPad is strictly for home use, and the difference in performance is wonderful!

I am one of those guys…everything I have is in the Apple world. I bought this for my daughter, who is off to college. In High School, she used the Apple Pen in almost every class. I just assumed that either generation of pen would work flawlessly with this iPad. They don’t. You need to buy a specific adaptor (only from Apple) to allow generation 1 work. That was never made clear to me when I did my research. I didn’t ask anyone at Best Buy about it, so no fault from them. Now aside from that, as with the other iPads, i (and my daughter) love the tablet. Just be aware that if you have a new or older gen apple pen, you will need the adaptor. I feel that is a major flaw that could have been addressed in the design rather easily.

Just what you expect from an iPad It works. My first with the USBc so soon all my devices will be able to use the same cord. My only holdout is my pair of beats over the ear headphones. Took me a while to get used to center stage

I love using my ipad. I had used it for reading, watching videos, and using it for browsing through the web. I got a bluetooth keyboard case for it as well so I can type easier. It was easy to setup since I also have an iPhone.

I love my iPad. My son who is autistic uses it with ease. I got it for me but he took it over. It plays movies/shows very well, it plays his games well, it’s sturdy, I just love it.

This iPad is super fast and easy to use. Setup was pretty easy too!
