The ipad is great. It works quickly and it’s easy to operate. The only thing wrong is that it froze up on me three times and I couldn’t turn it off or on or go to any other app. This has never happened with any of my other ipads. If it happens again I will have to bring it back.

Perfect size and perfect speed. can't get much better for a secondary screen to a MacBook Pro.

Great ipad for the money. I especially like the center camera which is so much better for face timing. Two negatives are that the apple 2 pencil is not compatible and the magic keyboard folio is pricey and looks a little unsteady with the magnet connections...I am looking into buying a compatible logitech keyboard instead.

Love this iPad. Have been wanting to get one for years. Best Buy had a good sale, and so decided this was the time to break down and get one. Works great. Love reading the newspaper on it. So much better than the iPhone for things like reading the paper.

Use this all the time as I travel a lot. Great for movies and surfing. No issues.

Great tablet for listening to audio books, checking email and doing everything that I can do on my laptop without the bulk. It has been a learning curve switching from a PC to the ipad.

I am one of those guys…everything I have is in the Apple world. I bought this for my daughter, who is off to college. In High School, she used the Apple Pen in almost every class. I just assumed that either generation of pen would work flawlessly with this iPad. They don’t. You need to buy a specific adaptor (only from Apple) to allow generation 1 work. That was never made clear to me when I did my research. I didn’t ask anyone at Best Buy about it, so no fault from them. Now aside from that, as with the other iPads, i (and my daughter) love the tablet. Just be aware that if you have a new or older gen apple pen, you will need the adaptor. I feel that is a major flaw that could have been addressed in the design rather easily.

My old iPad got too slow and the purchase was just right. The purchase was received in a short time which helped me to get back to normal. Loved your hard work on service.

The iPad is very user friendly. The best part is the yellow-gold color which really stands and in-fact I’ve received a lot of complements for the same. All programs function smoothly and gaming is just so much fun! I will give this product a big thumbs up! Lastly, Best Buy’s service was great too!
