Poor staff service

Notified staff via app. I was parked in space w/sign in p lot. After 20 mins went in store & they seemed surprised about the p up spot in p lot. Lazy staff, only brought items out in front of store. Suggested they remove the sign if no service there provided.

Purchased it the yellow which is an awesome color and happens to be my granddaughter’s favorite color.
