Updated iPad at a decent price point

I opted for the Gen 10 rather than the Gen 9 mainly for the USB-C connector (I also got used to not having a home button). Backing up the old iPad was really easy so setting up the new one with the same settings was really quick.

Excellent upgrade

Screen resolution and color are much better. Processing speed has improved. The additional memory will allow apps, that were removed due to memory issues, to be reloaded. All in all an excellent upgrade. I can’t rate durability as I’ve only had the iPad for a short time.

Poor staff service

Notified staff via app. I was parked in space w/sign in p lot. After 20 mins went in store & they seemed surprised about the p up spot in p lot. Lazy staff, only brought items out in front of store. Suggested they remove the sign if no service there provided.
