Not enough staff

The problem is the store which needs more, knowledgable staff. I wished help getting a screen saver and getting it put on. Used to be simple easy and quick. Now you get. Where are you going? They are over there, pick one out and go to the geek squad, they have about 30 min wait. I walked out, ordered one on line which took about 30 min, got it 2 days later, read the pamphlet and watched the video and got it ok but it has a 1.5 cm bubble in a corner.

A definite upgrade

Overall is very happy with the latest version and states that it is a lot faster with less lagging during gameplay etc.
