    The iPad was great, but I had a problem with the trade in processing. FedEx failed to scan the delivered item, and as a result it was stuck in limbo. I received no message with a shipping label and instructions. I called your customer service number and received absolute assurance to take the old iPad to my nearest Best Buy and they would complete the transaction. WRONG! The store did help me figure out what to do, and I opened a case with FedEx. It took over a week for them to resolve it, but I did complete the trade-in process and received the $90 refund. I would seriously recommend better training for the customer service department and reconsider using FedEx. They were horrible.

    This is my second iPad purchase through Best Buy. Best Buy offers better convenience for me than the Apple Store. Best Buy offers the BEST PRICES. Never known Apple Store to offer any kind of discount for the latest iPad. These iPads are the SAME products being sold in the Apple Store. Convenience, best prices, I will remind loyal to Best Buy for my Apple purchases. Love the color.

    Old iPad was really slowing down and constantly dropping WiFi. Could have spent money to put new battery in it but decided to buy the newest version which was on sale for cyber Monday. Love this one!
