Not a Great Dessert

My disappointment was the product was not a available to take home. The positive Was I received it earlier than date planned. It would be nice to have booklet explaining how the changes. Other than that minor concerns the battery appears not last long and the speakers are not as loud. However, we’re still monitoring this.

Don't buy an open box

Online customer agent refused to send me a new charger. I was asked to go to a store for a new charger. I didn't expect this hassle when I order the item... If this is BesBuy's policy, then it is not fair and not professional. Really disappointing. This is "in excellent condition." I'm not sure how worse it could be for "good condition"...
