She didn’t think she was getting it so on Christmas Eve she was totally shocked. From December 24th 2023 this iPad has not left her hands. She takes it everywhere. She even ditched her schools laptop. I believe that the money spent was well worth it. She loves it and I love that for her. Thank you for having it in stock and providing a fast pick up time and curbside was amazing especially during that time of the year…

Repair of IPad

I set up a repair appointment for today 10/27/25. Luke who is a geek squad representative found the issue in less than 5 mins. A small piece of paper. Thank you Luke for great customer service care and knowledge.

Associate working the Service Dest was extremely Friendly and Helpful as well as the purchase, Associate Kevin in the Samsung TV Department.

So this is my first ipad in awhile and i missed it. Best part about this device is Apple pencil support. With the pencil and notability I can finally use the device as a daily journal. Its so great for writing my thoughts and also reading comics. This is a great device for entry into the iPad OS and its many accessories.
