Good gen 10 ipad pro

The only thing wrong is that it froze up on me three times and I couldn’t turn it off or on or go to any other app. This has never happened with any of my other ipads. If it happens again I will have to bring it back.

The jump has been great. I love the new feature of the side power button working as the touch ID button as well. The screen size and resolution are wonderful. I added a Logitech Combo Touch keyboard. I haven't had a iPad keyboard from almost a decade. I'm glad I did so; I can use this in place of my laptop for a lot of my needs.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love it, I am currently attenging Rad tech school and It is very helpful, I got the good notes and it is a wonderful tool to add notebooks instead of physically carrying them, you can personalize note books and everything, it is very helpful to help me study keep track of my homeworks and assignments the battery lasts at least a full day in school taking notes it has a high storage capacity, I love it.

Apple Pen Issues

I bought this for my daughter, who is off to college. In High School, she used the Apple Pen in almost every class. I just assumed that either generation of pen would work flawlessly with this iPad. They don’t. You need to buy a specific adaptor (only from Apple) to allow generation 1 work. That was never made clear to me when I did my research. I didn’t ask anyone at Best Buy about it, so no fault from them. Now aside from that, as with the other iPads, i (and my daughter) love the tablet. Just be aware that if you have a new or older gen apple pen, you will need the adaptor. I feel that is a major flaw that could have been addressed in the design rather easily.

Finding Help

Not this time. I was pleasantly surprised to have a knowledgeable person answer the phone and eager to assist. I am really enjoying my new I Pad.
