    Great product, brand new condition. The staff member that helped me was also wonderful, it was clearly a busy and tough day and they were super patient and kind.

    Bought for my daughter. She's happy, but i dont buy crApple products. Their old technology that's been replaced by better tech called Android. Case in point, I wasted nearly $500 on this, then bought then pen. My daughter wanted a protective case she saw, which was purchased on Amazon, and, once more she found a different pen that would charge magnetically versus needing to be plugged in. I bought one for her as a surprise, only it wasn't compatible because you needed an 11th Generation iPad. Seriously? Apple is an absolute S..H..I..T of a product.

    I bought this for a friends granddaughter. She is very happy with it. This is the same model my friend has as well and she has 0 complaints about the iPad.

    This was an open box purchase and the iPad itself works fine. Unfortunately, they shipped it with the wrong power cord. It didn’t come with the lightning that fits the iPad 10.
