    I bought an iPad with open box in excellent condition. Unfortunately, the charger does not work... Online customer agent refused to send me a new charger. I was asked to go to a store for a new charger. I didn't expect this hassle when I order the item... If this is BesBuy's policy, then it is not fair and not professional. Really disappointing. This is "in excellent condition." I'm not sure how worse it could be for "good condition"...
