Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is more of a review or question for best buy.Ipad was purchased thru best buy and had a problem with it .Took it to bb and was told to take it to an apple store for repair.Why purchase thru bb (also have a bbservice contract),if they don't handle the repair?Should purchase thru apple?

I like that it came in different colors. And I was also very happy that I could order it and have my sister in law pick it up for me as I live on the other side of the country from my family.
