    great addition and improvement from older Ipad that needed updating but was to old so add3ed this and no problems works great, will have to use more for battery life but I think it could be improved some

    Top notch quality as expected from Apple. Good support from Best Buy during purchase process. A bit disappointed that not all colors which were advertised were available.

    works well but just wish companies would realize that change for the sake of change is not improvement. waking up this unit can be frustrating compared to pushing a single button as the older versions. swiping, tapping screen and swiping again is what this unit takes to wake up at times.
