    Overall, I was pleased with my service and the product. The only issue was that the salesperson sold me the wrong pencil for my I pad so I had to return to the store to exchange it.

    I like the new ipad, I have one issue. I clicked on a sale site and the Ipad is stuck on that site. It will not exit out. Also, I am not happy that my email address seems to have been picked up by multiple sites

    NICE DISPLAY .. New type of cord plug was disappointing that iy is not interchangeable with other apple devices. The iPhone charger cord is different, and no manual volume control buttons on the device.
