    This is my second iPad, my first lasted me 7 years without any issues. Battery is on its last leg. Now to the new one. Friendly OS, easy to port over all the data and apps from the old one. Beautiful display and I'm sire it has more features that I still have to discover and learn. I do miss the ability to use my old headphones so it looks like air buds are in my future.

    purchased April 24 2024 todays date is july 15 2024 the apple does not want to turn power off the button is not working, i didn't buy a plan ,my thinking was if it is an apple product i should not need to worry about performance at least for the first year at least.its only been couple months and it is not working as it should be , next step geek squad will have to fix it and it will cost me alot of money.

    It doesn’t charge well. After plugging it in, it stops charging in just a few minutes. I have to keep unplugging it and plugging it in again.

    If I could give no stars, I definitely would. I ordered an item online using a BB gift card and my Amex Card to cover the balance. I received a tracking number and was expecting the arrival of my ipad, however, the store cancelled the order and return only a fraction of the money spent, and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for the $300 BB gift card. Maybe I should contact the attorney general and file a lawsuit to get some results.
