Shuts off too easily. The screen and body feel way more flexible to the point I’m afraid the glass will break. Trying to put on 2 screen protectors proved futile in that the screen flexed so much you could not apply to it without bubbles so I just trashed them. I really don’t see any advancement in speed or technology.

Went to best buy in Greece NY to buy it an the didn't have any they were still showing online in inventory. So I could could buy it anyway an two day shipping free been a week still don't have it not showing up on FedEx either still in pa somewhere

I bought this as a gift and it was a gret buy for the price. It’s much fastwr the by previous one and it looks cool

The size is like working with a small laptop. It is a good quality, just too big for me.

Overall its a decent ipad but the battery life isn't that good. Seems a bit fragile too.

When we purchased the iPad at the Woodbury Best Buy, we specifically told the girl that was helping us that we needed cellular data on the iPad. We needed it for our granddaughter to be able to access you schoolwork while she is out of town. She left on Weds and went to use it and low and behold there was not cellular data. I know there is a 15 window to exchange but she will not be back until April 5. I will contact the store directly and hopefully Best Buy will extend the window to exchange since it was an error on the sales persons part. I tried to talk to someone over the phone that apparantly was not from the store with little satisfaction.

New model did away with the headphone jack I don’t use blu tooth headphones

Great pricing.....great screen resolution. 256 gigabytes ensures long term storage avsilability. With Totaltech membership, I was able to get screen protector installed free....and ptofessionally.

Love the color ...compared to my other ipads this is very light ...hate apple for not offering 128gb

Only works on wifi not cellular, which was an inconvenience for me!

We took a chance buying this iPad online “out of box” trying to save money, but it was a mistake. The iPad video display was defective, with the screen flickering and pixelating. So we took it back to the local Best Buy store for a refund. I give this device a one star rating, but Best Buy gets 5 STARS for their service speed and store personnel. Morale of the story, skip the short cut, buy new.

Slips around to much. You have to adjust it to closes it securely.

Love this next generation of iPad ! Great graphics! Bought a keyboard to use with it and it’s great. One thing to note, make sure you get a 1st generation pencil to pair with it.

I was missed understood about the Wi-Fi I thought the Wi-Fi was built in & can be use the table anywhere there is no Wi-Fi

I purchased this iPad as a Christmas gift for my mother & It’s amazing! I was torn between several different iPads but I am so glad that I chose this particular iPad.

Excellent apple product which was a birthday gift, my granddaughter likes everything about this ipad including the apple pencil. The portability is an additional plus
