    This was a replacement 10th gen iPad that was a Christmas present. The first was DOA from Apple. No fault to Best Buy, but Best Buy Customer Support really stepped up and expedited a new replacement. Thank you !

    As expected..it’s from Apple. But I must say that Buying from Best Buy was the best decision. This model wasn’t available in the store and they made all efforts to deliver in tight timelines. Thank you Best Buy, you made it happen!!
