Poor customer service

Asked to apply the $100 sales offer to the correct item. I was told not available at this time and to wait until it is available. Total refund was made . Purchase was made 2 days later with a discount of $100 from a competitor . Your loss of sale!

Online photo very misleading.

NOTHING like the photo online.
