We found out the connection cord was not powering the ipad. It would get to 63% then it totally quit. We had an extra cord that fit.

I have used PCs from 1982 when they first came out. MACs too long ago. But I am having a hard time figuring the logic of the iPad. Thus I use GoogleMeet or Zoom one day, the next day I can't find those. I bought a Metronome, I think, then I can't find the App. And so forth.

The first one would only hold a charge for three hours. We brought it back as defective. They gave us a new one ,but only gave us a trade in amount less than the cost of the new one we paid for. We had it two weeks. We were supposed to get an even trade. My husband did not notice the transaction until I looked at the fact the new ones were than on sale the next day. We were taken 2 times on this purchase.

Open box was not as unoticablly used as it seemed yes maybe the screen and the physical product were in almost brand new product level but when I set it up and tried to start a new apple I'd it would let me for the reason being that it had already created to many apple I'd accounts so it made me have to call apple support
