I need to change the 9th generation to the 10th one due to battery issue. Hope this would be better one.

Good upgrade for those who are looking for basic daily usage. No power house, but it works for simple task. When the price drops enough to fit your budget, its good enough to get.

love my ipad didn’t come with correct charger unfortunately but did get charger for free in person.

The iPad is great and works well, however, I am concerned that the battery runs down rather quickly. I’m hoping it will not get worse in a short amount of time.

I had a iPad that was 2 models older than this one. The screen quality looks the exact same. Didn’t improve after 3 years. Disappointing

As i mentioned, the fingerprint thing works sometimes, the Volume button is frustrating as well for some reason. Strangly for an apple product, I don’t trust it. After all of that, its still a 3 star!

The flat edges of the case make it feel awkward to hold. It also feels heavier and did not appeal to my wife. It was returned and we may look into a used iPad with the original case.

Many tik tok reviews are my same issue! Ipads decide to not turn on anymore. Bought mine 5 months ago and it don't wanna charge or turn on. This might be an apple issue. My purchase with Best Buy was great.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE IMO, YOU CANNOT USE THE NEW PENCIL WITH IT. LIKE WHAT WAS APPLE THINKING CLEARLY THEY WERENT U CAN USE THE FIVE YEAR OLD ONE WITH AN ADAPTOR,

Came from the factory with a required passcode that nobody (even geek squad) could figure out. Had to return the item for another. #2 works as it should

USB-C port on is very loose, can make sound when you mildly shake the original cable

Adequate, I am not savvy to the iPad technology . It took forever to set up and it still has more setup needed. Bottom line, I wouldn't purchase it again

Serves my purpose. Wish it had GPS, not sure why Apple only includes that in the Cellular versions. Non-cellular Apple Watch has GPS.

I would prefer the ipad would support the 2nd gen apple pen considering it’s the latest ipad and pen, and would rather have face id instead of touch id on an uncomfortable place.

I ordered the iPad and was told it was delivered however it has not been delivered or was delivered to a wrong address. I checked the cameras around the time it says it was delivered and nothing was delivered. Best Buy told me to file a police complaint since they have signature confirmation, when I or any of my family members never signed anything. I filed a police complaint and waiting on them to answer. This is the worse experience I have had with Best Buy.

I can’t really tell anything about the device, this has been shipped to me with an empty box, both Ipads are missing. I called Customer Care and they just close the case because they don’t really care. Raised a call to BestBuy’s choice of courier, I was informed to go back to BestBuy and ask them to file a claim to them. BestBuy doesn’t care to do that asking me to seek help from local Police. I did, guess what BestBuy did, nothing!. I spent hours trying to call them but no one wants to help or even extend their investigation to find out where the items got stolen. So I am sitting here with an empty Ipad boxes that cost me $600+.
