No issues, camera kinda jankie but thats not the purpose of my use for it lol battery life is about average better than most but still good compared to others. Pretty satisfied

The feature on the new ipad are so nice. I dont feel like i downgraded with this uograde even though inopted out of getting the pro model this time. Screen size is cery nice to journal and read books ok. Graphics look great and it is everything I wanted and more.

Roadie delivery driver stole my package,

Driver marked my delivery completed and submitted a picture of a house he took as he drove by the house which was not in my town. I was impressed with how easy it was to work with Best Buy customer service to get a replacement for pickup. I used the chat feature on the app and was able to select the store. I should have done pickup in the first place. It seems there are people who target stores like this to steal higher ticket items by posing as delivery drivers

It has many app upgrades and less issues. Easy to set up and to navigate. I upgraded from the very first pad gen, and love it! I was skeptical with no home button but I have to say that’s the one feature I love the best!!!!!!
