Bought this tablet as a gift for my mother in law. She is not tech savvy but she loved it! She doesnt live close to us and we are apple users so its nice that we are able to face time her on her tablet and see her :) She loves playing her puzzle games on here as well. The screen size is perfect!

Love my iPad. I ordered an Apple Pencil as well but the box was empty. Reached out to customer service and they immediately sent another one to me. When I opened the 2nd pencil the box was also empty. Still waiting on a refund

We traded an older iPad in on the new iPad Air and it is great.the associate that took care of was very knowledgeable when he helped us.that is why we come back to Best Buy for our appliances and are a Best Buy member.thank you again Robert halbert

Everything that you’d expect from Apple. Speedy, great graphics & simple to use. My grandson loves it.

Good ipad for the price is one of the best options on the market no issues in over a year

Battery runs low fast. Need to keep it plugged in when using longer than 1/2 hour. Kind of heavy with protective cover. Not too heavy without cover. Hard to locate On/off button. Over all not bad. I don’t care for the insistence on using AI in the newer updates.

I haven't had an iPad since the generation 2 came out so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. It's like a bigger version of my phone, so much easier to surf the web and read the news and use for my designing apps. It's quick and high tech. I have had no issues so far. It was a great purchase!
